On 15August, 2023, I placed an order for product 'Stella anarkali kurta set'
on Myntra, Order no. "1244002-...". Regrettably, the product l
received was not only different from what was displayed on your platform
but also defective. This situation prompted me to immediately request a
replacement/refund on the very same day the product was received.
Following this, a pickup was scheduled, and the product was returned to
Myntra's facility. However, l was shocked to learn that the product failed
in the quality check process. It is crucial to clarify that the reason for
the return was not receiving the actual product and product's inherent
defect, and it was not due to any mishandling on our part. In response,
Myntra's representatives initially assured us that a replacement/refund
would be processed.
To our dismay, I later received notifications claiming that the pickup had
failed, despite no actual pickup attempt being made. This contradictory
information only added to my frustration. To make matters worse, my
subsequent efforts to contact Myntra's customer service team yielded no
satisfactory resolution.
Now they have closed the case stating that they checked their video footage and everything was correct and seller does not provide the product which I"m claiming to recieve.
If they are right why aren't they sharing the proof with me.
