Myntra.com — Delivery of defective product | |||||
This complaint is regarding the return of the product "Fort Collins Black Sleeveless Hooded Jacket" pertaining to the order number:[protected] at Myntra.com The product i received was defected and small in size. When I applied for exchange request, the myntra's concerned team denied the return of the product saying that from there side there was no problem, without even looking at the product from where it is defected. I even called the customer care and also mailed the issue to them but then also no positive response came from there side. I purchased the product on 10.11.2016, the product is still in 30 days replacement policy of theirs. Was this information helpful? | |||||
