Myntra.com — delivery of defective product | |||
Sir/mam, I have purchased a shoe pair named bond street shoes, from online shopping site myntra.com. But first i received small sized pair and then i requested for exchange with a larger one. And the same above company delievered me another one in order of exchange. But when i opened the box, i saw the product damaged and then i contacted to the company's executives and they said me to send a mail with whole matter and photos of damaged product. I sent a mail to the company and in reply they rejected my claim by saying that they have sent the perfect product with checking. Now they are refusing to exchange the product. I have placed an order in my wish list and went it and order it through debit card. At first order didn't placed so j clicked again to purchase but at last the amount was deducted twice but the order is not placed. There is also statement in my transactions of bank that about the order but there is no money returned.total amount of 14, 000 is lost
