[Resolved] Myntra.com — Delivery persons misbehaviour | |
The delivery boy tried contacting me on Tuesday via Facebook. I rejected his message request and blocked him there. I made a mistake there by ignoring this person coz I thought a mere complaint might cost him his job. But I was so wrong. His intervention into my privacy didn't end there. I was unable receive phone calls via myntra regarding my order delivery today. I called back only to know it was the same delivery person and requested another delivery the next day to which the delivery boy agreed. He then messaged me his contact number on WhatsApp. It was a little weird at first. I thought may be he was just trying to help me. Later this man tried video calling me on WhatsApp. This has been disturbing me lately. All this is a deliberate attempt to harass a person. Apr 20, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved When I contacted the customer care team of Myntra, they were extremely patient and cooperative. Also, they assured me about my safety. Strict action was taken against the concerned delivery person in less than 24 hours. I had received a call from the divisional head office regarding the same in less than 2 hours of bringing this matter to the Myntra team's notice via phone call. The divisional head had enquire the issue by that time. He constantly assured me of my safety throughout the issue's dismissal. The very next day I received a phone from the delivery person apologising for the same. Myntra team was already processing his termination letter. I felt it was a step too extreme as per my future safety is concerned plus the undeniable job scarcity scenario today, although I have no doubt that the Myntra team would leave no stone unturned to help me out in near future if such an issue arises again. They stood true to their words. Since I felt the step to be a bit harsh, I demanded a written apology from the delivery person with an assurance of such incidences not repeating in future either with me or any female customer, to which he agreed and submitted the same today morning. I am more than grateful and in all appreciation for the team's sincere and quick steps taken to resolve the issue. Thank you very much for rebuilding my trust in the company.
