Dear team,
I have purchased woodland sandals from myntra having discounted price rs. 1771.00. When i have checked the product i felt the size is large. For this reason i have raised a request for exchange on dated 05.10.2020 and delivery guys attempted to take on 07.10.2020 but he denied to come to my delivered address so that we had a small argument with delivery guy that why you can't able to come to delivery address. Due to that reason he make a false quality check and reported me that sandals is having stain in ground side & mytra update status is reason for not taking goods is damaged& i will not take this product as return, you can talk to customer care. Really there is no damaged & stain which i found on woodland sandals. When i talked to customer care on 08.10.2020 i did not get adequate information regarding quality check. When i told them that i will go for comsumer complaints, they ask me to go for where ever you want. I have acknowledged to customer care through calls and through tickets that i will not be available on delivered address from 10.10.2020. They are doing customer harassment.
Note: i am a loyal customer of myntra.
Kindly do the needful so that other customers will not face the same issues in future.
