Myntra.com — didn't received refund as quality check think that product is used

Pathetic experience. I have waited for return 15 days then this agent came after 15 days and did quality check as below:
1. Checked product which is in good state
2. Checked receipts which are available in box
Then after 9 hours receiving mail stated my return put in hold as other quality check people felt that it's used.
Excuse me, i mean m returning that product as it looks like faded and color and texture of top are different at the time of order and actual one. And i[censored] ppl feel that customer are using and returning it then why u ppl pick product after 15 days, pick that product in one days. Its u people responsibility to deliver and collect return on time. Its not customer fault if product color and texture is different once received. Improve delivery and reimburse my money asap otherwise will put case.
