Myntra.com — Dissatisfied with service of delivery boy | |||||
Dear sir, I ordered an exchange of blue biba kurti L-M which was scheduled to happen on 4/7/17 by myntra delivery agent Dinesh Kumar 2. I spoke to him in morning and we agreed for the time slot 1 to 1:30 pm as I had to go somewhere. But when the time came, he declined. Later on we agreed for 5 to 6 pm slot on the same day, but again when the time came he declined. It was then scheduled for next day (5 July). I spoke to him again and we both agreed after 1:30pm. But again he didn't come to my house and I don't know why an unsuccessful attempt was shown on myntra when the attempt was not done in first place. I am highly dissatisfied with Dinesh's service. I order product from Myntra at 24 June and after that at 26 June I received wrong product. and I create return . I got return no.[protected] and after 7 days I don't get any update. I called customer service they said me didn't received my product. my order ID: 105012235451614570903 and return NO.[protected]. PLEASE HELP
