Myntra.com — empty box received, denying return

This is with reference to order id[protected]-4122901.
The product ordered was a bluetooth earphone which came with free accessories like a charging coord and a leather pouch. The parcel received had only the accessories and not the product i.e. the buetooth earphone with mic. On asking company for return, they declined the request stating that the product had passed quality check. Horrible after sales service. I want my money back.
