I had ordered a dress on Mantra, which was delivered on Feb 7th, 2023; However, it had the magnetic tag still on it.
Feb 7, 2023: I contacted the Mantra customer care through their chat feature and asked them what reason I should select for exchange. I was simply asked to put in an exchange request through the app, and was given no clarity regarding the rest.
I put in an exchange request citing that its a defective product.
Feb 10, 2023: The delivery executive refused to go through with the exchange and wrote that the label was missing (Which is the stupidest thing ever, since the dress has the label as well as the magnetic tag)
Feb 10, 2023: I called the customer care, and the customer care executive's solution: "Ma'am aap koi mall jaake magnetic tag hatwa dijiye". Hearing this I had requested for a return request to have been issued for the same. I was, however, given the assurance that the issue would be resolved by Feb 14th.
Feb 14, 2023: Contacted the customer care support, since there had been no update from Myntra's end. I was informed that it would be resolved by Feb 17, 2023.
Feb 18, 2023: Still no resolution. All that Mr. Jatinder, the Escalation Manager, has to say is "Please give us 24 hours, as we do not have an update on the matter yet"
It's been 8 days, and they do not have an update on what the issue is, forget having a resolution.
