Myntra.com — Exchange of the goods is not happening

I have order 2 goods for which i have to exchange it due to size. But i cannot as at the particular pin code the exchange is not possible. You can return and get your goods at particular pin code but i cannot exchange it. How this is possible. Unnecessary harassment to the customer who are so regular, what should i do now. Returning means loosing on discount. Kindly solve my problem.

I have ordered a sandal from you & it was out for delivery but the thing is that the delivery boy didn't deliver my product and that [censored] switched off his phone when I called wtf huh ..it is for the second time I'm facing this & please do take remedies for this..
