I placed an order (Order No:[protected]-0445603) on the 28th December 2016. Before placing the order the time line for delivery was 5 days, after placing the order, the date changes to 14 days i.e. 12th January 2017.
False commitment has been displayed on the website which is highly misleading and fooling the clients.
After all of this, I called on customer service for assistance. The colleague I spoke to (Vinod) said I have to wait till 12th Jan to get an update and that they can’t get an update from the third party logistic.
I asked him to cancel the order and refund my money, to which he said that in possible and I have to wait till 12th Jan (again) to cancel the order.
Very upset by such answers, I asked him to connect me to his senior (Ms. Lata), she had no answer which could help or resolve my concern, all I wanted to know was the reason for so much of delay and if they can’t help me in delivering the product, help me to cancel the order. Lata also like a parrot, just repeated the same information like Vinod.
So after spending 24 minutes on call and waiting for 12 days, no one actually help me or resolved my problem.
Right now is feel like a fool to buy online on myntra and I am furious and frustrated with horrible service.
I wish one day this company has to pay for all its falls doing with clients.
