I have placed a order for sunglasses on november 6 2017 and the expected date of delivery was november 10/2017. But the product was not delivered on the expectated date of delivery, so i raised a complaint through customer care. The complaint reference number is[protected]. I was promised that the product would be delivered within 5 working days. The dead line was 17th november 2017. I repeatedly called their customer care on 17th and asked for the product, i was promised that the product will get delivered by the end of the day. Later in the evening i called again and was connected to their superior named ms. Latha, and she said that they haven’t received any update on the product, so she asked me to wait again.. Since i said no, she asked me to cancel the product and place a fresh order. But i was made to wait for so many days by giving false promises.
