I'm satish and this is my registered email id in myntra.
I was told by your executive yesterday that i will get a mail regarding the conversation which i had with the follow up mail, but no confirmation given. So embarrassing about these false commitment.
Let me come to the issue.
Frankly to say this is the 1st time i was trying to purchase.
I had a myntra credit points of rs:200 and when i tried to purchase i didn't find that.
After checking on it i came to know that it got expired and so i contacted the myntra through chat and they said it's for 90days and they was checking on it, unfortunately the chat got disconnected.
Then in the evening i made a call where is 1 agent took the call and he was simply putting me on hold and there response from was not proper!
So that i gone through your complete "term and condition" of those referral credit which was given to me and i said him that it's for 90 days, because he was arguing with me saying it's for only 1 days. I said it's your t*c how it will change and he said for you we have given for 1 days only.
And he was not checking anything properly and no proper response from him.
In a 30 mins call the placed me hold for almost 20mins.
I was not convinced so asked for the supervisor or a manager, but he said there are not available, so he will arrange a call back.
I said fine okay, but asked him to send me a confirmation as a email. He said our call is recorded so i will not give false promises.
But still now i didn't get any response.
It's so frustrating and the behavior is not at all agreeable.
So kindly if some one check. For this and revert me back as early.
