@myntra I have been call myntra from 23 of March because here I have ordered fire bolt ultimate smart watch were I have received used and damaged product after receiving this I have contacted then customer care executive himanshi was not active on call she and the call was transferred to supervisor nithin they raised a complaint regarding this stating it is a wrong product sense that day I was call them daily infact I was on call for 3 hrs 1 and half hrs I have not received any resolution I spoke to many case managers and agent just giving me a tat period and that to after reach to a TAT period they are extanding it not giving any resolution then 27 I spoke to suman he noticed that my complaint which has been raise on 26 after reaching out TAT after extanding 1extra day he said it was a wrong complaint again he raise a new complaint and again gave me a TAT of 29 March but till yet I have not got any respond from myntra very bad service they are providing it is very bad to inform I spoke to many manegers (alwin, sakshi, chetna, Mohammed adil, imran, rehan, neha) all have just given me a fake promise and TAT that to I have shared images and videos of the product but still no response and some of the agent has took my number and address and misused it by call me and threatened me not to call myntra and given me information that my complaint will be rejected I will not get any resolution for this I have share with this thing to support team I share audio recording of the person but still no resolution please help me on it
