Myntra.com — for my recent (last order) | |
Have ordered 11 items all were clothes however myntra guys have delivered me wrong product of footwear which i never ordered at all. Further they are completely non supportive now as they are unable to track my order hence asking me to submit fresh order. Why should i submit fresh order. It's myntra's mistake. If the wrong product was sent instead of correct or if the courier person has goofed up why the customer should be penalised about it. This is the worse experience i ever had with myntra. N even after requesting call back from the head of myntra or the highest n last level of escalation bone of them are calling me. N if they are calling no one is able to provide me any resolution. All are just sticked for me to place fresh order why??? U guys have lost my order. My money is lost further you guys yourself placing return request without even asking me without my consent n then courier guy is coming n asking to give the product??? I mean u guys have become so much irresponsible how the client will return the product when the same is not even delivered. Further it has come to me as a very big surprise that myntra a biggest brand don't even have the investigation team to track my order. It's been more than 4 days now i m suffering here... Calling myntra people day n night. Without any clue of my order. My funds. N mental harassment separately n wasting my time n energy without any outcome. Was this information helpful? | |
