I am filing this complaint against Myntra Designs Pvt. Ltd. for deficiency in service and repeated failure to deliver products despite full advance payment.
I placed an order for multiple products on 6th December 2025, for which Myntra committed a delivery date of 12th December 2025. However, the delivery has been delayed repeatedly, and the committed delivery timeline has been missed three times without any valid explanation.
I contacted Myntra customer support multiple times. On every occasion, I received only standard, scripted responses stating that the products would be delivered “as soon as possible.” I also escalated the issue to higher support levels, where I was assured of an update within 24 hours, but no update or resolution was provided.
The following incident IDs were raised by Myntra for this issue, each time with a promise of resolution within 3 days, which was not honored:

Despite repeated follow-ups and escalations, there has been no resolution, and Myntra has failed to meet its delivery commitments. I have already paid the full order amount in advance, and the prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience and mental harassment.
This constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
I request the Consumer Authority to:
Direct Myntra to immediately deliver the ordered products within a definite and binding timeline, OR
Provide a full refund along with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
