Myntra.com — Fraudulently cancelled return request after 30 days

Placed return request the next day we received the above mentioned package.
No one picked up even after one month.

I called Myntra on 13th June, complained against delayed pickup and refund of money. I was give a ticket to talk to supervisor

This supervisor named Jaya Kumar called me today i.e., 14th June. I asked him to complete the return by Saturday at any cost.

To my shock this Jaya Kumar not only closed the ticket but also cancelled the return pickup. This is a fraudulent activity and a waste of time to keep on following up with Myntra-ites.

Updated by sunny_wshastry These guys cancelled my return request again!! They are acting like road side cheaters. Wasting our lot of time. Their CC could only say “its not in our hands” or “I do understand your problem sir”.
