Myntra.com — gift card scam

I had received 5k gift card of myntra from my company. I tried using the gift card, it showed me 5k amount in it, but the order dint get placed, as it got stuck in transaction page. Now when i try to use that gift card again, it shows me zero amount. When i tried reaching myntra customer service, they say we dint receive any amount. This has happened with me 2 times. Their reply is worthless and their application is faulty. If you apply a gift card once without transaction. Next time it would show zero amount with any order placed.
