I haven't been complaining about a return process for over three weeks _ with multiple delivery pick ups getting denied because the product serial doesn't match the courier service details.
I have made consecutive calls literally 7 - 10 times and each time i was assured that the product will be picked up as i shared the details with them
You guys have been literally harassing the customer by not assuring the correct process and repeatedly keep mentioning the whole process to all of you individually.
