Myntra.com — Have not received refund | |||||
I have placed an order of Nike shoe on 28/01/2017, due to selection of wrong size i have cancelled it that day only. I got an email saying that order is cancelled and refund will credited within 7-10days. But i have not received my amount till today and contacted Myntra many times. According to them refund is success & on 9 Feb they are sending me screenshot of transaction query system and asked me to go to the bank and update it. I went to the bank, the bank people denied and told me that they don't have any such system to enquire such details. Again i contacted Myntra but they asked my bank statement & i sent it on 9feb. They asked me to wait and today sent me a mail mentioning one acquirer reference number i.e. M64QEA and asked me to talk with the bank. But bank people again denied & told me that they don't have such facilities. I called Myntra and their response is still the same.So register a complaint against Myntra as they're not refunding my money back & help me to get my refund back.
