I have ordered three items total of 2057 inr on 17th of july and i have done my payment through google pay but the delivery address was wrong so i have cancelled my order on 18th of july. I haven't recieved any message or email from myntra side about getting my refund is initiated and have not received my money. I talked to them about this issue they told me to wait for 10 days but still i didn't get my refundable amount. Again i called them they told me to contact to google pay team they suggested me to claim proof from myntra because there is no transaction from their side. Then i again called to myntra care they told me to wait for the bank reference number they're gonna provide so that i can talk to my bank support team. I contacted to my bank support team than they replied there is no credited transaction in my account and suggested me to talk to my myntra again. Today i talked to myntra care again and they said we don't any complaint regarding this. But i have proof they i've paid them they are responsible for my refund.
Please help me to getting my refund.
Because sender who sents the money have option to file a dispute if the beneficiary didn't receive his/her money. Please help me with this issue my order id is : 114687006719682867003
And i am attaching my payment screenshot, my bank care response and order details with you.
