Myntra.com — I aint received my refund

My order number is :[protected]-0215303 From myntra... My sister some clothes for my mom from myntra and we ain’t like product and we found out that product is used one, so my sister return that product on 15th July 2020 we return that product and we got call on 18th July from myntra that ur banks details r not correct. So my sister fill details again and they told us that in 3-5 days we will get refund of 1490 rupees bt today it’s has been 24th July and whenever my sister talk with customer care They don’t give us proper response and tell us to wait bt today it’s has been 7 days since my return and I ain’t get my refund till today .. so guys don’t buy from myntra cz they send used product and do cheat with people and pls give me my refund of 1490 rupees !
