Myntra.com — i am a victim of myntra's fraud. wrong product delivered and not accepting the return

My mother and i have been a loyal and regular customers of myntra for ages. Until they stooped to fraudulent tricks that is. I had this belief that myntra lives up to the standards and have satisfactory services. I have even suggested my friends and family to purchase from myntra for the same.

However, my recent purchase from myntra has proved me wrong. I had the most worst and disappointing experience a customer could have. It came as a terrible shock to me that myntra has taken the path as a fraudulent operator.

This all started when i placed from an order using my mother's account to avail an offer during the recent eors sale.
I placed an order for a cover story black formal trousers on 22nd june 2018. Unlike the usual fast delivery they took a while to deliver the product. The product was deliverer to us on 10th july, 2018 (It was supposed to be delivered before 5th july). To my utter shock and disbelief, when i opened the package i didn't find my cover story black formal trousers, what i found was a cheap looking yellow blouse. On a close inspection, i found that the top was also by cover story and it was wrapped in a transparent package with the label of the original product i was supposed to receive. Such a classy fraudster move by myntra! After some investigation from my part, i found the item i received in myntra. It was a really cheap product compared to the one i have purchased. Way to cheat your customers myntra!
I am attaching images of both along with the complaint.

I contacted the myntra customer care immediately and they assured me that they will look into it and will resolve the matter. I send them a mail with all the details they asked and after few days i got a reply stating that they wouldn't allow me to return the product. After i pointed out their mistake, they investigated the matter again (Or they say so) still repeating the same thing they wouldn't allow me to return the product. They also stated that the quality check of myntra was efficient and the correct product was send from their end. Wow.

They claim that they sent the correct product from their end and my black trousers magically transformed into some cheap small top inside the packet after their efficient quality check. Not only their quality check was faulty, they are trying to cover up their error. They are washing their hands off the issue. The decent thing they could do was letting me return the product which they repeatedly stated they won't do at all.

I tried contacting them at social media only to get the same repeated response. They were trying to save their public face lying through their teeth stating they have escalated the issue and i will get a resolution soon. Which never happened.

This incident points to myntra's careless quality checks and recklessness in meeting the client's requests.

This incident opened my eyes to the fact that myntra's services aren't reliable anymore. This will only result myntra in losing their credibility and customers. Starting from my family and friends.

The mistake which happened to me should never happen to anyone else. There shouldn't be anymore victims.

I cancelled my order on 30 June 2018 for which refund of 470rs was to be done by Myntra within 7 to 10 days. today it has been 17 days and they have still not given my money. I even spoke to their help support but not much help.
Firstly i paid online for 2 products. 1 got delivered on time. At the time of delivery of 2nd product, , courier boy charged me again. i raised a complaint already for which they told me to wait for 48 hours on 5th July 2018 and after that no follow up call/email.
I ordered a jeans from myntra which I got on 3rd July. I returned it and it was picked up on 5th July. I got an e mail from myntra that my refund had been initiated on 8th July. Well I still haven't received the refund. Helpline is always busy. Please look into it.
