I ordered a pair of shoe worth 524 and was supposed to recieve the order on 22nd may 2023.
I recieved a message in morning stating that i will receive my product on that day and suddenly in evening i recieved a text saying my product has been delivered to me. I reached the customer care of Myntra, they asked me to wait for several days and with all my patience i did wait and finally they closed my case saying the product has been delivered, i called them back and they say they have re opened the case, they have been wasting my time and money both and troubling me for their error. I never received any OTP which they promise of before delivering the package neither any call from delivery executive, these two major proof should be enough for them to come to some conclusion but they have been playing around with my money and not giving me any solution Was this information helpful? |
