Myntra.com — I did not get my money back | |
Order ID # 1161964 [protected] Return Id [protected] I had ordered a pair of Roadster shoes( Roadster Women Nude Colored heeled sneakers) a week ago from myntra. It arrived early (15th sept). The shoes looked used so I decided to return it At the time of returning, I was asked the reason for returning the product in the Myntra app, I selected the box "Product has stains". . I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. I did not even put it on the floor. The pick up guy came and refused to take the product as it was stained according to him. Although I was quite surprised because that is the reason I selected in Myntra app. After a detailed conversation with a Myntra executives on their customer service no., he took it back. After that a message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed then I got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check". I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "product looks used". Now why the hell would i do that? Use the product and return it? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is exactly how you sent it why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.
