I had made a purchase on 19 July which got delivered on 25 July. It was a COD and the amount was Rs.870. I payed Rs.1000.
As the courier boy had no change he said he will return the change to me after an 1hr. After several further communication he kept saying he would come to return the cash but never came back. I texted him on WhatsApp and said I will file a complaint against him but he said please don't. He is testing my patience now. It's been more than 5months now and I need my cash back.
