[Resolved] Myntra.com — I got a Defective Product and now it is failing at quality check both in Exchange and Return process... | |||
I ordered a Mast & Harbour Rust Brown Striped Sling Bag from Myntra on 19th December, 2020 and it got delivered to me on 24th December.. I unpacked the package and realised that the Strap handle of the bag was missing.. Clearly, it was a defective product as one of the most important part was not there.. So without taking much time I issued for an Exchange for this product on Myntra itself.. On 28th December the Exchange process was put on hold as it failed on quality check for that handle only.. Then I was told to contact to customer care and get a pre approval for the exchange. Then I tried contacting Myntra's customer care several times a day but it never got connected as because they have few staffs in this Covid-19 Period so they cannot register Callback request of the Customer... From then till now I couldn't connect to Customer care not for a Single time.. As a result of this my Exchange request was rejected yesterday.. Yesterday I issued a Return for the product with proper reason for which I want to return it.. But again it got failed at quality check and I still cannot connect to Customer care.. How can I connect to them if they don't even respond on what their customers are facing? please help me in such situation.. Was this information helpful? | |||
