Myntra.com — I got wrong product and myntra denie to give resolution

Hello Sir. I ordered for Reebok shoes Approx Rs.3229.15 and i got different company cheap product. I was already escalated many time but still waiting for resolution. Every time they denied to give resolution and informed that we was shipped a proper product as per the hub update. I was already informed that i got a wrong product and if you committed so please provide snap shot but i don't know where mistake created your by your end like by hub, logistic or courier boy etc. Lastly called on myntra no. and talked with the Sr. Supervisor Akhil and informed please transfer that call to your manager and his manager denied to talk with me as per the executive update he is busy in meeting. I am also working in news media and i am also escalate that issue with our team because i want to escalate with all other customer who also facing a same issue because i want to escalate my case with the all other customer to create big bond that reason i am escalating there also. So pls help me i am also a loyal customer and i dont want to leave myntra without refund my money. Its is our rights..
