Myntra.com — I have received a wrong and defective product.

I’ve received a wrong product. I’d ordered a Adidas shoe but I have received a wrong & defective nike shoes. Now Myntra denies to accept their mistake and is not giving me proper response.
My Myntra order id is 1186027 [protected]
It was a ₹3, 299 shoe.
I have been completely cheated

The Nike shoes box have a Myntra barcode of Adidas shoe size 8 which was ordered but still Myntra denies to accept their loss. Cheated.
