Myntra.com — I placed my return request and it's accepted too but no one came to pick up it by the expected date.

I ordered Nike phantom vsn shoes red colour of 11size but they gave me marron colour of 7 size. I requested to return and my request was accepted too but it was not taken by the expected date. Here is that message that I received :-
