Myntra.com — I received wrong product and these wrong product are not exchanged by myntra.

I ordered 2 lavie bag but i received 2 sliper.
At that time i talk to costmor care and costmor care says that i send mail link and you send me the picture of wrong product, but they don't send me any link.
So i put exchange request on myntra site.
But my product not exchanged by myntra.
At these time once again
I talk to the costmor care, but these time also costmor care says that i send you mail link and then send the picture of wrong product on my link. But she don't send me link.

What can i do.
