Myntra.com — Iam complaining about my puma shocks which I have ordered and has already made a card payment but didn't received the parcel yet.

I have ordered puma shocks from your website myntra. I supposed to get my parcel on 4feb but when i checked in the website it was shown that my parcel has been delayed and will be delivered by 6 feb and when i check on the website on 6 feb it was shown that my parcel has been delivered on 4 feb. Is this how myntra is treating to their customer?
