I ordered Daniel klein watch from myntra on 31st December 2021. On 6th January 2022 I got my parcel from myntra. When I opened the parcel I found a Daniel klein watch box and then I opened a box the box was empty there is no watch inside the box. I paid a cash from my card the price of watch is 2832/- . I complained to myntra customer care they complained register my files but the next 3 days they said company send the watch. There is no policy of your issue we can't help it. Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 11, 2022 Updated by Nileema minz There is no watch inside the box. They said they send me watch. But I got empty box. I'm highly disappointed by the service offered by myntra. Now I'm not gonna shop again from myntra. Please learn some honest business policy from Amazon and flipkart
