Order description: House of Pataudi heel
I had ordered heels for my wedding due to covid situation from myntra. It arrived early. I tried out but due to fitting issues and heel height i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was due next day. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed and I checked the status of refund saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "product strain dirty". But I checked it by the delivery boy he said it is in good condition. Now why the hell would i do that? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.
