Myntra.com — I'm complaining for my incomplete order | |||||
I have order an item which was containing dupatta and Patiala set in one. At the time of the delivery I got only Patiala and dupatta was missing. I complaint and filed an exchange through the myntra customer executive. Delivery boy came but he didn't exchange my product as he complained that for such exceptional request they need approval which Myntra team didn't send them. I again reported the issue and was assured that it will be delivered for sure. After 1 week of issue reported I didn't receive the item. Neither I could cancel the exchange request as it's in shipped status nor I could request a refund. I have been put in nowhere. I am very upset with the situation and nobody in the team is helping me out. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am really disappointed by myntra for cancelling my prepaid order after long wait of 15 days by just saying sorry, their excuse is like this product is not matching their quality standards and they are still selling the same product for high value.

I am also very disappointed by Myntra. I ordered one Kurtis with jacket, but only one part of Kurtis is delivered. Jacket was missing so I returned that item. Now my Return Of this order is put on hold in quality check. They don't provide incomplete order as an option while making return of the product. So stuck in between all this. Don't know how to proceed with this
