Myntra.com — Implying regional language in bangalore | |||
Hi Team, I had a query with my exchange in Myntra and tried calling customer care. Im really pissed of with the options available since there were only 2 languages to select English and Hindi. What if anyone call the CC who doesn't know both English and Hindi???? Then why do we have regional Customer support without knowing the regional language???. Whether the same option is available even in Tamilnadu/ Andrapradesh????If regional language option can only be implemented only in Tamilnadu??Why not in Karnataka???.When I inquired about the same CC replied me with arrogant tone saying "He can give me only the order details if not he can't continue with the call" I got an answer saying that they are still implementing regional language across India and it will take time. Myntra established here 5 years back in Karnataka and still need time to implement?? If that is the case why it's not imposed in tamilnadu?? This is the disrespect towards our regional language Kannada im really unhappy and disappointed with this. Was this information helpful? | |||
