Myntra.com — in end of reason sale there is discount of 10% from hdfc payzapp but I didn't get cashback now they disowning that cashback

I did shopping in mantra app on 23 june 2019 and purchased US polo shirt and paint the total cost was 2344 INR and cashback was offered 10% on it. 14 days has passed and called multiple times but they didn't credited the cashback amount in payzapp as promised in mantra app in end of reason sale.

Their executive is now denying that offered. Please see the attchement about my concern. That's the bad experience that I have ever now I will raise this in other channels. Now I feel betrayed by myntra. Useless shopping I ever had.
