I ordered a self design pink color forever new dress which was to be delivered on 18th september 2018. But due to some cash issues my aunt asked the delivery boy to reschedule the date of delivery and come the next day. But he instead cancelled the order. Then i immediately gave a call to the delivery boy saying that i want the product as i was about to wear that in a wedding and that was the last piece of my desired size "xs". I also called the customer care and narrated the incident and ask for an early delivery. The expert whom i talked to said that i will receive the product next day but it didn't arrive. Then i again called the customer care and repeated the same. Even he too said that i'll get the product within 2 business days. I waited for 2 days and i again called the customer care on 21st and the response that i got was worse. They said that the dress has already been returned to the warehouse. Despite calling twice, this is the response that i got, which was very disappointing. Even though the site claims to attempt delivery for a single item thrice, that has been proved as a false advertisement strategy.
Moreover some of my products remained undelivered, with no attempts of delivery. Was this information helpful? |
