Myntra.com — Incorrect product delivered and not accepting return | |
I had ordered a pack of 5 CENWELL masks on Myntra.com on 29th July, 2021. I was incorrectly delivered a wrap top on 8th Aug. After finding the discrepancy I called customer care and they started a query and asked for a return. Next on 10th night I was asked to upload images of the wrong product. I uploaded the images and next they resolved the query by declining the return and stating that the product went through mandatory checks and was not tampered. I re-opened the query stating that the reasoning doesn't make sense as the product that went through the mandatory checks is itself wrong. Then they again replied the same by declining and giving similar reason. This is very bad customer service. They should take responsibility of their mistake and correct it.
