On 6th July 2023, I had purchased for a new pair of trousers from myntra.com, thereafter within 20 days of purchase, barely 1 usage and 1 wash, the product has torn.
When I escalated this issue to Myntra, they asked me to submit proofs like images from all sides along with description as on 30th July. I did the needful subsequent to which my return claim was approved. However the Delivery executive who came to collect the product refused to take it.
Thereafter, I escalated the issue to Myntra again and they raised a return request all over again. After 2 days, Myntra arbitrarily decides to reject my return claim without any reason/expalaination given.
I contact Myntra again and the same procedure is repeated and yet again after 2 days, Myntra cancels my return request without any justification.
it has been over 15 days that I am struggling to get my product returned and just get my money back. Over the last 2 days, I have made a minimum of 15 calls to Myntra to explain my problem however they have failed miserably to attend to the same.
Today, out of sheer mental agony and deep pain, I have no choice but to approach this forum to raise my plight before the honourable body.
I am a middle class salaried woman. Every piece of garment I buy comes after months of bugetting and savings hence it is extremely painful to see expensive products being torn off barely after 1 usage and absolute lack of support from big ecommerce giants like Myntra.
I even told Myntra that due to their inability to initiate the pick up, they should just refund me my money but they refuse to do that as well.
I request you to kindly help me get justice in this fight against Myntra and take strict action against the malpractices and violation of Consumer rights as detailed under ecommerce guidelines.
