I have a complaint against myntra.com.
Date of Incident: 30th October 2020.
I bought 8 items from myntra.com android application on 30th October 2020. The items include 5 men jeans, 1 men jogger, and 2 women jeans. This cost me a total of INR 6121.00.
Myntra has given an offer for instant cashback of 10% for buying more than INR 3000 if payment is done using an HDFC credit card.
I have paid INR 6121.00 amount using my HDFC credit card but I did not receive cashback from Myntra. I have confirmed from Myntra customer care that my card was eligible for the 10% instant discount on the products which I have bought.
I have raised an issue in the Myntra app (Issue number: IN[protected]) on 2nd November. I got a message that the issue will be resolved by 5th November. I called the customer care of Myntra daily for any progress but they just delayed the matter by saying we didn't get any update and wait for 24 hours. I was told two times that our higher authority will contact you in 24 hours but I did not get any calls from them.
I want my cashback as It is the money that I deserved to get instantly from Myntra. Was this information helpful? |
