Myntra.com — Issue regarding my payment

I had placed an order of 4 items on myntra.com for rupees 1916 on 13/3/2021. The money was debited but the order was not placed. I tried contacting the team through writing a query had asked to revert in case of no mail(s) received at my end in relevance to this issue.The query which I had posted hence am registering the complaint here.
