Hi Team, Date of incident: 18th May 2017 Issue: I had ordered multiple items from Myntra on 16th May 2017. Myntra delivered the items in a single packet on 18th May 2017 but one item was missing in the packet. I has notified this multiple times to Myntra customer care but they give the same response again and again that all the items were delivered in the packet. They are not ready to show me the proof. I have attached the photo of the item i did not receive. Tracking Number: ML[protected] Resolution: I want full refund of the price of item to my bank account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
