Myntra.com — item not return even for the delay by 2 hours 50 min | |||
This is regarding the purchase of the below product from myntra. I have placed the order on 4th october & the original delivery date was 10th october, when i didn't received my order on 10th i called to customer care on 12th october (Attached the call recording for you reference & mail stating the order is delayed). This order was 4 days delayed & when i received the order, i found the quality of the fabric was not as what i expected. On 16th october i tried to return it but can't & didn't notice during the ordered the return policy of this product is 2 days which is usually not. Then i called to myntra customer care on 16th october & inform the incident at 4:20pm & as per them its return time was on 16th october was 1:30pm & i was delayed by 2 hour 50 min. Is myntra making the maximum policy in-favor of manufacturer & not for customer, where a manufacturer delayed my order delivery by 4 days (96 hours) & if customer delayed to return only by 2 hours 50 min then the return can't be accepted??? I am sending the mails & reminders to myntra from 17th october but not received any revert on mail or call from myntra team I don't need this product & want to return it.
