Status was marked delivered by your delivery boy.
I have already given details in this regard.
Reiterating again -
(1) PRODUCT WAS SENT BACK/RETURNED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
(2) PRODUCT WAS NOT OPENED, IT REMAINED WITH THE DELIVERY BOY ALL THE TIME
(3) DELIVERY BOY DIDN'T ASKED FOR THE PIN NUMBER
(4) DELIVERY BOY UPDATED THE STATUS AS DELIVERED
There is no reason for raising complain, if the product would have been delivered.
If your Logistic team / delivery boy marks the returned product as delivered, and don't provide you with correct update, it means they are intentionally harassing customers.
This is clear case of breach of trust, and cheating. As as customer I have placed order with full faith in Myntra.

How do I cancel the order, I have placed?
Order can be canceled till the same is out for delivery. Note: This may not be applicable for certain logistics partner. You would see an option to cancel within 'My Orders' section under the main menu of your App/Website/M-site then select the item or order you want to cancel. In case you are unable to cancel the order from'My Orders' section, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online.
I HAVE DONE EXACTLY THE SAME

DID I DO ANYTHING WRONG ? I REFUSED IT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, AND YOUR LOGISTIC TEAM / DELIVERY BOY MARKED AS DELIVERED.
NOW EVERY TIME WHEN I RAISE COMPLAIN, YOU CLOSE IT BY SAYING ITEM WAS DELIVERED.

Updated by agang After following almost over a week, finally I got the refund back. Not sure what investigation was being done, and why every time my raised issue was closed saying that item was delivered.
In the end, I got an email from Myntra -
"Item cancelled due to a technical issue on Tue, 27 Jul
The order was cancelled due to an internal issue. We have taken steps to ensure it does not get repeated.
We sincerely apologize! We have initiated the refund."
Had it been taken care of earlier, I would have not gone through such mental stress explaining my concern.
This complaint now stands resolved - no further action is needed. Thanks!!
