I am priyanka arolkar i have ordered two items from myntra account the delivery of the same was schedule on 31st december 2018 how ever on that day i didnt receive any call from delivery agent shivam store-shivam str ([protected]) i tried calling him so many time there was no respond from his end and in the evening i received a message on the registered number saying unable to deliver your order.
Every morning i am receiving messages from myntra saying my items are out for delivery but your agent dont come to deliver it and later in the evening i receive messages saying unable to deliver. Even my colleagues faces same problem with your agent.
I request you to kindly look in to this matter and take the necessary action at the earliest.
