I have returned 3 items to myntra on 11 aug 2016 which i have purchased from Myntra (order ID:[protected]. I have not received refund for the returned items. Myntra is denying to process refund because o[censored]navailability of pickup receipt.
Delhivery.com is the courier who picked up my items and did not provide receipt during pickup. the reason given by them was "since they had arranged a priority pickup, the receipt not yet available with the pick up person at the time of pickup.
I have visited the concerned Delhivery branch to get the pickup receipts. They are not providing me the receipts.
I have contacted Delhivery customer care, they claim that the items have been returned successfully to Myntra. they have provided some other document as proof of return which contains Waybill No: [protected] and status.
They also claim that they have updated the status to Mynta about successful pickup and return.
On the other side Myntra claims that they have not received any update from Dhelivery about successful return. With the alternate proof provided by delhivery they are not ready to process the refund.
Finally my money and items are lying with Myntra.
Both the parties are not willing to resolve this issue in any possible way. Was this information helpful? |
I am facing an issue with the return pickup where it is taking more than 10days for myntra to acknowledge that the return pickup has happened on 10aug. Its 21aug today.
3 days ago i was told that pickup was done but hasn't reached myntra. Today i was told the pickup hasn't happened only! Like really?! Makes me feel i am delusional now!
Disgusting customer support.
Amazon gave me great experiences always and i ditched that for myntra eors. Feeling so stupid!
Hands down this is the most unsuccessful customer care in ecommerce industry!
