I placed an order for jewellery from myntra on 2nd july 2016 and received the product on 4th july 2016. The product was not at all good. Nothing like it was described on the site. It looked like used product and very poor quality. So i put a request to return the product on 4th july 2016 itself. Immediately i received a mail from myntra saying that the return request is accepted and expected pickup date is of 9th july. After not receiving any mail, sms or call until 12th july 2016, i lodged a complaint regarding the delay in the pickup. On 15th july 2016, i got a mail stating that they are sorry for the delay and that the matter is escalated. They assured that i will receive a call or sms from the executive who will pickup the product. After 5 days, i. E. On 20th july when i didn't receive any call or sms from myntra, i called them up on their customer care no. After waiting for almost 15, mins, 1 of the executive answered. After saying him all the things and asking him the reason of delay, all he had to say was "we apologize" and due to many orders and pickups this was delayed. On the call, he stated that for return of jewellery an approval is required from higher authority. He said i have to share the images of the product. When i asked why wasn't this mentioned when i requested for return, i would have shared the images that time only. All he said was sorry. For my every question, he only had sorry. He assured that the pickup will be done as soon as possible. Today, i. E. On 23rd july i received a mail from myntra stating that the return pickup of the product failed. Nobody called me from myntra and simply they updated there systems. Its been 20 days, my money is also stuck with myntra. Had i had that money, i would have purchased something else.Instead, myntra is earning the interest of my money. Very good way to earn money myntra. I am really very disappointed with myntra. Didn't expect such a ridiculous behavior from myntra. Why do they commit to their customers when they cannot keep it. I have been a very old customer and i am sure i am not going to purchase anything in future now.
