I bought a set of 5 trunks from myntra. At first, i faced issues in delivery. Their delivery assistant postponed the delivery twice mentioning that i'm not picking the call though i never received a call from him or anyone. But finally, the product was delivered to me and i was sad that it did. The package included just one trunk. I didn't even open the package and made a call to myntra support. It took 3 days to connect with them and tell them the story but they were responding was more irritating. They said the item consisted of only one trunk. But thank god i have the screen recording of the ordered item and the receipt (I've attached here) delivered to me with the package that clearly mentions it was a set of 5. Their customer support was not helpful so i tried to contact them on twitter. They gave me a reply after 10days i've told them the matter. And it took 20 days for them to accept their mistake. I just asked them for my remaining 4 trunks to which they rejected my request. After all this time-investment and mental frustration, what i got is some more frustration.
They even edited the product's information after the delivery to cheat me. Never expected this from you myntra.
