I am very disappointed with this kind of Myntra service.
I have created a size exchange for my shoes, and the Myntra delivery person came on March 6, 2024. He tried to scan the tag, but it got mismatched, so he asked me to raise a concern with Myntra support. The same day, I spoke with the Myntra support team, and they raised a case for the same and asked for photos of the product. I attached all the photos along with tags. For reference, I have attached the same here. I was waiting for the Myntra support team's reply.
On March 9, 2024, I checked the status, and it was showing resolved, but they refused my exchange for some product quality reasons.
My question to Mantra
Is this the way you do quality checks?
I uploaded the sealed product photos along with your tags; then how did you guys refuse it?
Do your customers create tags or Myntra?
If this tag information is mismatched, then Myntra needs to investigate with its backend team why they are asking questions of their regular customers. Don't fool or cheat your client.
I am raising all this issue with consumer forums as well as social networks.
Its not a matter of money or product; its matter of trust, which I already lost on Myntra now..
